Typically, customers take the initiative to find manufacturers overseas to sample the carbon wheels, manufacturers overseas customers need to pay sample fee if overseas customers in the future under the carbon fiber wheels have large cargo goods orders, manufacturers may be required to pay the deductible before the sample fee.
